Palm Beach Perfection: The Ultimate 4-Day Itinerary for Hosting Great Friends

The Colony Palm Beach

There’s nothing like hosting your ride-or-die friends for a getaway in the sunshine—and Palm Beach is the perfect mix of glam, chill, and unforgettable fun. Whether you’re planning your first visit or returning for round two, this 4-day itinerary is a foolproof way to create magic.

Day 1: Arrivals + Vibes

Fly in around noon on Friday and kick things off with a healthy lunch and fresh juice or iced matcha at Field of Greens on Palm Beach. It’s light, bright, and perfect for post-plane recharging and catching up.

Next, head over to La Marina for one of the best Happy Hours in town. Pro tip: get there by 4:45 PM—the line starts early for a reason! From 5–6 PM, it’s half-price sushi and cocktails, and everything hits. Must-orders: the La Marina Roll, the Shrimp Tempura Roll , and if it’s on the menu, the mysterious Shirt Temporarily Roll—so good.

After happy hour, take the party to Bradley’s Saloon for some live music and people-watching on the water. End the night in style with a nightcap at The Ben Hotel's rooftop bar, where the views of The Breakers and the boats will totally blow you away. Bonus: The crab cakes at The Ben? Unreal.

Day 2: Markets, Mansions + Margaritas

Start your day at the Palm Beach GreenMarket, a local gem packed with flowers, tropical fruit, artisan bites, and all the local flavor you could want.

Next up: a stop at Rocco’s Tacos on Clematis Street. Grab a patio table, order some tacos and one of their signature margaritas, and soak in that downtown vibe.

Once everyone’s full and happy, cruise along Ocean Boulevard for a look at Palm Beach’s most jaw-dropping homes—including a drive-by of Mar-a-Lago. Ocean views + mega-mansions = total eye candy.

After your scenic drive, swing by The Breakers. While you can’t officially book a tour, the public spaces are gorgeous to explore. Hit the luxe shops or grab lunch at the Seafood Bar, right on the water. The Filet Mignon Sliders are a total favorite.

Wrap up Day 2 at The Roxy on Clematis. Rooftop swings, city views, chill music, and a little sparkle to end the night—what more do you need?

Day 3: Boats + Beachy Bliss

Today it’s all about the water. Rent a boat from Blue Water Boat Rentals in Riviera Beach. Don’t worry if no one’s a captain—just hire one and let the salt air do its thing.

Spend the day cruising the Intracoastal, docking at Peanut Island, swimming, lounging, and soaking in that golden Florida sun. It’s one of those days that lives rent-free in your memory forever.

And then—like magic—Coconut Girl appears. She floats by in her boat with fresh pineapples and coconuts, slicing them open right there for you. It’s tropical bliss in its purest form, and yes, you’ll want to take all the photos. You can find her on Instagram at @wildsouthfla.

After your island adventure, head back and dock at Rafiki Tiki Bar & Grill. Grab some easy apps and do not skip the Pina Colada—it’s hands down the BEST. Creamy, icy, coconut heaven in a cup. A salty-hair, sandy-feet, sunshine-fueled day like that deserves nothing less.

Then it’s warm showers, cozy clothes, and straight to bed with sun-kissed skin and a full heart. That’s how you do vacation right.

Day 4: Coffee, Courtyards + a Sweet Send-Off

Start your final morning with coffee on Main Street by The Breakers—a quiet, charming way to ease into the day.

Then stroll down Worth Avenue, window-shop, and explore the hidden courtyards and tucked-away alleys that make it feel like a European getaway.

Close things out with lunch at BrickTop’s, toast to a trip well done, and head to the airport with full hearts, glowing skin, and a thousand new memories.

Wrap-Up:
Palm Beach is the kind of place that makes every moment feel like a little luxury—especially when you're sharing it with your closest friends. From rooftop bars and beach walks to tacos, swings, and boat days, this itinerary brings the magic.
